1. Does Walgo collect and share data on my purchasing habits when I use Walgo?

Never. Walgo does not share any of your information with anyone or track your usage of Walgo for any purpose.

2. Who can see the information on my cards?

Unless you give someone your password, no one but you can view your cards - not even our internal support staff.

3. How do I turn off the password protection in Walgo?

You can't - this is intentional by design. You may choose to use a short and easy to type password, such as "1111" or "qqqq" (not recommended) if you want, but you cannot completely disable the password protection.

4. What do I do if my phone is stolen or lost?

Report a lost or stolen phone to us immediately by contacting Customer Support. All the contents of Walgo is fully encrypted, and Walgo will permanently lock itself, blocking all access if there are too many wrong guesses of your password.

5. What encryption algorithm do you use?

Within the Walgo solution we employ various military-grade, industry-standard, strong encryption algorithms including RSA and the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256 and AES-128). We use SHA-1 for encrypting passwords.
