1. What type of MyCards can I create?

Any kind of card you want - you are limited only by your imagination. We have a constantly expanding collection of background images that you may choose from to create just the right look for your cards.

2. Can I change an existing card?

  1. You can change anything about your cards any time you like, and as often as you like. All you need to do is log in to your account on this web site, scroll down to the "MyCards" section on your account page, and click the "View Cards" button. This will open your Card Library page - simply click the "Edit" button next to the card that you wish to change.
  2. Note that when you place a card into edit mode, that card is removed from Walgo on the phone until you complete all your changes and send it back. Make all your changes and click "Done" to save. When you are happy with your changes, click the "Send to Walgo" button to return the card to Walgo on your phone.

3. How quickly can I expect my newly created or changed MyCard to be delivered to my Smartphone?

Assuming your phone has network connectivity (cellular or via WiFi), you should receive the card seconds after you click "Send to Walgo". If your phone is out of coverage, your card will be delivered as soon as you reenter your coverage area.

4. Can I add my own custom backgrounds to MyCards?

Not at this time, although we expect to support this function in future releases of Walgo.

5. Can I change a card's name and/or category after I send it to my app?

Yes. You can change these values, along with everything else about the card, by logging into your account at walgo.com. Place the card in edit mode by clicking the 'Edit' button next to that card. Note the old version of the card is removed from Walgo on your phone as soon as you place the card in edit mode. When you are satisfied with your changes, click "Send to Walgo" to return the new card to Walgo on your phone.
