1. How do I change my Walgo password?

Your password is managed from within Walgo on your phone. This is now the same password that you will use on the walgo.com web site. To change your password, open Walgo on your phone and select the "Settings" tab. On this tab, look under the "Security" section and you will see the "Password Change" function button. Note you will be asked to re-enter your existing password to confirm your identity before you can enter a new value.

2. What if I forget my Walgo password?

When opening Walgo on your phone, once the first incorrect password is entered, the 'Forgot Password' button will appear under the password entry box. Click 'Forgot Password' and Walgo will walk you through a password reset. You will need to be able to provide the correct answers to the security questions we have on file for you. If you never set up your security answers, or are unable to provide the correct answers for any reason, for your protection you will need to contact our Customer Support Team and have them assist you with the password reset.

3. I am trying to log in at walgo.com and I keep getting the message "Couldn't log you in...". I am pretty sure I am entering the right info - what gives?

First, please remember you should be entering the SAME password you use with Walgo ON YOUR PHONE. So if you can successfully open Walgo on your phone with the value you are typing, you know you have the correct password. Next, you must enter the same phone number you used when you installed Walgo on your phone. You must enter this number with area code and without country code, so for example someone from the US or Canada would enter a 10-digit number like 2158851234, without the leading '1' (which is the North American country code). Finally, you must be able to correct answer youe security questions.

4. I am trying to log in at walgo.com and I think I forgot my password. What do I do?

The password you use to access walgo.com is the same one that you use to open Walgo on your phone, so if you forget your password you must reset it using your phone. Please follow the instructions under the FAQ question "What if I forgot my Walgo password".
